Skin Care Before Sleep

Very important to do some skin care before you sleep, because when you sleep is the best time when all your body from head to toe are relax. By using some skin care before you sleep it may makes you sleep well. There are some steps such as :

  1. Clean your face 
     Clean yor face and remove all your make up that you wear all day long. wash your face first before you sleep. This is very useful to remove the night cream that you have used before you sleep. This is very important because clean skin is healthy skin. Dirty face (too lazy to remove the make up from your face) cause acne may grow on your face.
  2. Drink mineral water
    Drink mineral water before you sleep may gives you some advantages such as for your healthy body, and your beauty. By drinking mineral water can makes your skin be flexible, soft, and bright. 
  3. Sleep
    Have enought time to sleep can helps your body skin relax, if you have not enough time to sleep, your face will look tired, panda eyes, etc. Soo, you have to sleep at least 8 hours per day.
Thats all from us, some tips about take care of your skin. Why you have to care about your look, because your look is very important. Beside your look, you have to take care of your healthyness also.
