Skin Care After Wake Up

When you wake up in the morning, thats the good start to brand new day and try to do this to keep your face fresh.
  1.  Tea Pouch
    For you who always get insomnia everynight you have to try this . Do you know if you get sleep problem everynight it may cause you face become brightless. Then, to make your face fresh and to make dark circle around your eyes dissapear you can use tea pouch that you have use and stick it on your eyes, let it on your eyes for a few minutes. 
  2. Wash your face
    This is the most important thing to do. After you wake up in the morning, wash your face first before you have a breakfast. This is very useful to remove the night cream that you have used before you sleep. This is very important because clean skin is healthy skin. Dirty face (too lazy to remove the make up from your face) cause acne may grow on your face.
  3. Sports
    After wash your face, take a time to do sport, such as run, jogging, or just warm up your body or maybe do some yoga, because by sport, it mays cause our body be a healthy body and makes you look so fresh and health
  4. Wear cleanser
                              
  5. After sport, wear a facial wash or facial soap that match and fit on your skin’s pH. Rub soap on hands and rub gently on the face, with a circular way. If your face including oily skin, wear warm water to wash it. After that, pat your face for a while and rub your face with a soft towel. 
    5. Moisture
After you finish wear your cleanser, then apply some moisture on your face to protect your face from the danger light UV. Use moisture that match with your face and skin, because every people have a different skin condition.
